1. Instructions to Candidates

(1). Please go through the detailed Notification and ensure that you meet all the eligibility requirements and other conditions specified in the notification before you start filling up the online application. It should be ensured that you fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria on the stipulated date as specified in the detailed notification published in Company website.

(2). Since all the applications will be screened on the basis of data submitted by the candidates in the online application form, the candidates must satisfy themselves of the eligibility/suitability for the position to which they are applying and should ensure that the data filled up are correct. If any information furnished by candidates in the online application is found to be false, at any stage, during the recruitment and selection process, their candidature will be rejected. Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.

(3). Application once submitted cannot be altered / resubmitted, under any circumstances. On successful submission of online application, no request with respect to making changes in any data/ particulars, entered by the candidate in the online application will be entertained.

(4). Candidates must possess a valid e-mail ID for applying online as the same will be used for future correspondence with them.

(5). Candidates are requested to use only the official website of the Company,, for applying for the job.

(6). Before registering online, candidates are advised to read the detailed notification and follow the instructions mentioned therein.

(7). Candidates need not register separately for applying for more than one job. After registration, they can Login and apply for any of the currently advertised positions.

(8). Online registration does not imply that the candidates meet the criteria for the posts advertised. They have to submit online application for each post they wish to apply, in order to take part in the recruitment process for that post.

(9). Registration and Application are subject to subsequent scrutiny and can be rejected if found Ineligible/Invalid at any point of time.

(10). Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website of the company and their registered e-mail inbox for details and updates.

(11). The recruitment process is conducted directly by the Company. No fee is charged by the Company at any stage during the recruitment process. Please note that touts and agents have no role to play in the process and the Company will not be responsible for any of such incidents. Candidates are advised not to fall prey to any kind of canvassing and are requested to inform the Company immediately on noticing any such incidents.

   You will be directed to a page where position names are displayed
Step 4: Click on the Position you want to apply for.
Step 5: Go through the detailed Notification.
              Check whether you are eligible to apply for the position
Step 6: If found eligible, click on the Click here to Proceed button
Step 7: If you are a new user; click on the USER REGISTRATION link to register yourself.
              If you have already registered; click on the LOGIN link to apply for the post
Step 8: For USER REGISTRATION follow the steps below: -
              (i) Fill in the required details – Name, Date of Birth, E-Mail ID. You have to use an active E-Mail ID for registration since your User ID & Login Password will be sent to this E-Mail ID.
              (ii) Upload your Photo and Signature as per the given specifications
                       Photo : 150x200 pixels, less than 30 KB size
                       Signature : 150x100 pixels, less than 30 KB size
              (ii) Click on the Register button. An email will be sent to your registered E-Mail ID with your User Name and Password
Step 9: Click on the Continue button to go to Login page
Step 10: Login with the User Name & Password received in your E-Mail
Step 11: Click on the menu View Advertisement & Apply to apply for the job
Step 12: Click on the Advertisement link
Step 13: Click on the Position Name link you want to apply for
Step 14: Click on the Click here to Proceed button
Step 15: Fill in the data as required on Personal Details page and press Continue button to save. Please note that once saved, the data cannot be altered/edited afterwards even for applying for another position.
Step 16: Fill in the Qualification details as per instructions on the page and press Continue button to save.
Step 17: Fill in the experience details if any & Reference details as per instructions on the page and press Save button to go to Preview page.
Step 18: Go through all the filled in data and ensure correctness before submission.
              Incorrect data entry, if any, can be edited by clicking the Edit button
              Accept Terms and Conditions
              Click Submit button for final submission of Application.
              On successful submission of Application, you will receive a confirmation email with your Application Number
Please note that, once the application is submitted successfully, no request with respect to addition or modification of data entered by the candidate in the Online Application form will be entertained.

2. Frequently Asked Questions

(1). I have not received user id & password in my mail after registration. What should I do?

        Ans : You may check your Spam mail/Junk Mail folder for the mail. If the mail is not received in these folders, you can re-trigger the mail containing the user id & password by using the Resend Password facility from the careers page of

        If the mail is received in the Spam/Junk mail folder, it is suggested to add the e-mail id to your address book.

(2). What should I do, if my photo and/or signature specifications are not matching with the requirement for registration?

        Ans : The photo should be exactly 150x200 pixels(Width & Height) and Signature should be exactly 150x100 pixels (Width & Height). Both the files should be less than 30 KB in size. If the photo/signature files are not matching the above said standards, you need to use any of the photo editing applications to resize the photo/signature.

(3). Is it required to send hard copy of the application?

        Ans : Only online submission is required. Hard copy need not to send.

(4). Is there any fees to apply for the post?

        Ans : CIAL is not collecting any fees at any stage of the recruitment process.

(5). My age is 25 year 0 months 1 day. Am I eligible to apply for the post Junionr Manager Trainee position

        Ans: No. You are not eligible to apply for the post. Candidates born on or after 26/02/1998 are only eligible to apply. However Evictee candidates whose House/Land were acquired for Cochin International Airport project will get age relaxation as per company policy.
