Qualification :   MBA / Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma (2 year full time
                           course) or equivalent in Marketing  / International Business /Finance with
                           minimum 50% marks from a reputed University/reputed Institute approved 
                           by UGC/AICTE
              
                Degree/Diploma in Business Law/Mercantile Law   or related subjects   will   be an added advantage.
   Working knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage.
 
Experience    :   Applicant should have minimum 20 years of post qualification work experience in managerial cadre in commercial / marketing field in any service industry, out of which minimum 10 years should be in aviation industry. The aviation sector experience shall be in the area of business development, airport/airline marketing, commercial revenue management, airport operations, travel retail & hospitality business, market planning & identification of commercial revenue, asset monetisation and property development, key account management/client handling, concession management etc. Relevant experience in aviation sector should be preferably from any Airport operator/Airline operator.
Candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, proven commercial acumen, drafting & negotiation skills along with good understanding of contract management techniques and practices.

 Indicative Job Profile : Job responsibilities include developing new Commercial concepts for value creation & revenue enhancement, Developing and Managing Aero Related concessions/licenses at the airport, analysis of air transport service data and growth potential, development strategies, preparation and implementation of marketing plan and brand visibility for the airport, Liaisons and coordination with internal and external agencies, Revenue contract management with Airlines and Aero Concessionaires- Fuel Farm Operator, Flight charter Agents, GHA’s Handlers, FKO’s, General Aviation Operator, Facility Management, Land and space Tenants, Prospective business partners/concessionaires, Regulatory Agencies like -MOCA, DGCA,BCAS, Customs, Immigration etc,   Drafting and Compliance to agreements, Stakeholder engagement, Arresting of revenue leakage from aero business, award and operationalization of Aero concessions and city side development projects etc.

Internal candidates possessing the prescribed educational qualification, shall be given relaxation upto 2 years in age limit and total managerial experience in relevant field.

Selected candidate will be appointed on probation. Probation period will be normally for one year, on successful completion of which confirmation in the regular service of the Company will be considered. Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management.
 
Remuneration package will include Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Allowances, Provident Fund, Medical reimbursement, Conveyance facility etc., as per company rules. As per the present pay package, Gross salary excluding fringe benefits would be approximately Rs.2,36,000/- per month. CTC will be Rs.3,40,000/- per month.
 
Airport is a continuously operating entity functioning round the clock. Selected candidates shall be required to work on any shift as assigned by the Company. They may be posted on any duty/assignment as deemed fit by the Company and shall carry out the duties as assigned.   Airport being an essential service, employees are likely to be called for duty at any time depending upon the exigencies of work.
 
They will be required to undergo and qualify the mandatory training programmes and tests and other prescribed courses applicable to the personnel engaged in various functional areas of airport service, as decided by the management from time to time.
 
They are liable to be transferred/deputed to any department/branch/unit/subsidiary/joint venture of the Company as the case may be or posted to any unit/ branch/project location/ subsidiary/joint venture currently in existence or to be formed in future that may be located anywhere in India or abroad.
