Educational Qualification :
Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Should be well versed in verbal and written communication in English & Malayalam 
Graduation in Law (LLB) shall be considered as desirable additional qualification.
Work Experience :
 
                          Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in managerial cadre in
                          the field of Company Secretary in reputed and well established Companies.  
 
                          Should have worked in an organisation with a minimum turnover of
                          Rs.100 crores.
 
                          Candidates with minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience as above
                          will be considered for appointment inSenior Manager scale
 
If suitable candidates with 12 years of experience are not found available for selection, candidates with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience will be considered for appointment in Manager scale
 
Age                 : Shall not exceed 45 years as on 06/11/2024
 
Indicative Job Profile : Ensuring compliance under the Companies Act 2013, Secretarial Standards and the provisions of all allied Acts, Rules and Regulations. Preparing Agenda, Minutes of the meetings of Board of Directors, Committees of the Board and General Meetings. Conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings. Filing of all returns/ forms including filing of Balance Sheet in XBRL format, Annual Return etc. with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Maintenance of all Statutory Records and Registers. Dealing with Banks to complete legal formalities in the matter of various credit facilities being availed by the Company, creation of security and work relating to Registration, Modification and Satisfaction of charges with ROC.

Candidates need not send any hard copy or application printout now. based on preliminary scrutiny of applications received online, candidates will be intimated to submit scan copies of all certificates and testimonials in proof of their claim on educational qualifications and relevant experience. Final shortlisting for Interview will be based on scrutiny of these documents submitted. Those shortlisted for Interview will be required to submit duly signed printout of the application alongwith attested copies of relevant testimonials and certificates at the time of Interview. During certificate verification, if any of the data submitted through online by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect, they shall be disqualified and will not be permitted to attend Interview.
 
Candidates working in Public Sector / Govt sector / Quasi Govt / Autonomous bodies are required to submit a ‘No objection Certificate’ at the time of certificate verification.
 
Internal candidates possessing the prescribed educational qualification, shall be given relaxation upto 2 years in age limit and total managerial experience in relevant field.
 
CIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof, at its discretion.
 
Candidates who have submitted applications in response to our earlier Notification No.CIAL/HR-R/2024/1 dt.02/03/2024 for the post of Senior Manager(Secretarial) and meeting the eligibility criteria will also be considered for shortlisting against this vacancy and they need not apply again.
 
Selected candidate will be appointed on probation. Probation period will be normally for one year, on successful completion of which confirmation in the regular service of the Company will be considered. Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management.
 
Initial posting may be to one of CIAL’s Subsidiary companies. In addition, the incumbent would also be required to assist the Company Secretary of CIAL.
 
The Remuneration package will include Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Allowances, Provident Fund, Medical reimbursement etc., as per company rules. As per the present pay package, Gross salary excluding fringe benefits would be approximately Rs.1,57,000/- per month and CTC will be Rs.2,00,000/- per month, for Senior Manager scale. For Manager scale, Gross salary would be approximately Rs.1,38,000/- per month and CTC will be Rs.1,77,000/- p.m.
 
Airport is a continuously operating entity functioning round the clock. Selected candidates shall be required to work on any shift as assigned by the Company. They may be posted on any duty/assignment as deemed fit by the Company and shall carry out the duties as assigned.   Airport being an essential service, employees are likely to be called for duty at any time depending upon the exigencies of work.
 
They will be required to undergo and qualify the mandatory training programmes and tests and other prescribed courses applicable to the personnel engaged in various functional areas of airport service, as decided by the management from time to time.
 
Selected candidates may be posted in any of the Departments of the Company. They are liable to be transferred/deputed to any department/branch/unit/subsidiary/joint venture of the Company as the case may be or posted to any unit/ branch/project location/ subsidiary/joint venture currently in existence or to be formed in future that may be located anywhere in India or abroad.
